High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in assembly or machine operations.
Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the El Paso, TX location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials up to 35 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a factory floor environment with exposure to noise, paint fumes, and welding operations (with proper PPE provided).
Ability to work rotational shifts or flexible schedule as required based on business needs.
Ability to work a physically demanding position requiring standing, manual dexterity, and situational awareness in operating areas.
