Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $165,500.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $206,000.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Ph.D. and 1 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering

Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Ph.D. and 4 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering

Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

Must have scripting experience with tools such as MATLAB, Python, C++, Java, or experience conducting software-based trade studies.

U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Operational military background or experience in any of the following: Fighter or Bomber Pilot, Electronic Warfare Officer/Weapons Systems Officer, Air Battle Manager, Intelligence Officer, Joint Duty Officer

Familiarity with AGILE, MBSE, and/or system architecture.

Experience with version control tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, Gitlab, etc.).

A current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance with current or previous Special Program Access (SAP)/SCI.

Minimum of 5 years of incoming Quality Control experience

Must have understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).

Must have working familiarity with AQL sample inspection techniques, Zero acceptance lot sampling.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access.

Must have knowledge of GD&T;, blue print and specification interpretation.

Proficient in the use of all inspection hand gauges including micrometers, dial indicators, vernier calipers, height gauges, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD micrometers, bore gauges, etc.

Preferably in a mil-spec aerospace environment.

J-STD-001 certified trainer/technician or IPC-A-610 workmanship standards technician or ASQ Certified Quality inspector technician status is a big plus.
