High school diploma or GED
Universal CFC Certification
3+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience, or a combination of related education and experience
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documents
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
Ability to complete OSHA 10 certification within six months of hire
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF applications
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs or ladders
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in mechanical rooms and various facility environments
Work onsite at one or more company locations as needed
May participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations
