Strong mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills - required.
Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation - required.
Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and machine shop equipment - required.
Basic mathematical skills, including measurements, formulas, and geometric calculations - required.
Basic computer skills for entering maintenance and timekeeping data - required.
2-4 years of industrial, building, or equipment maintenance experience - required.
High school diploma or GED - required.
