High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of Safety, Compliance, DOT, OSHA, Transportation, and related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn and effectively use applicant tracking, compliance, and other workforce management systems.
Ability to work long hours, flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules related to Driver HOS.
Familiarity with Driver Qualifications files, safety training, and transportation compliance processes.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to create and present training materials in PowerPoint and Word in front of groups of people at all levels of the organization.
