Seasonal Sales Associate

Varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays

Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Starting pay is $17.00 - $19.00 an hour, based on experience.

For Casual and Part-time employees'- who work 15-29 hours per week and Part-time 30 plus hours worked per week, who work at least 80 hours of consecutive employment in a calendar year, will accrue one hour per each 30 hours worked with an accrual cap of 56 hours.

Holiday policy for paid holidays for part-time staff that average 15 to 35 hours a week, will be paid the average daily hours worked up to a maximum of 4 hours.

CRCC employees' who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for health, dental and vision benefits.

One full-time and one part-time

The full-time hours would be Monday through Friday 9am-5;30pm.

The part-time hours would be Monday through Friday 2pm-5:30pm.

A full-time Paraprofessional position open at our Southwest Center (138th & Q) Monday through Friday from 9am-5:30pm.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

High school diploma or equivalent per childcare regulations.

Ability to adhere to work schedules.

Is able to demonstrate successful completion of Personal Care Aide training including a PowerPoint, quiz, and competency demonstration signed by a Registered Nurse as required by Children's Day Health Services Regulations.

Able to read and understand written plans.

Must be agile enough to perform the job as a caretaker of young clients.

Able to lift up to fifty pounds and practices 2 person lifting for clients over 50 pounds or when necessary.

Must meet agency's conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, the Nebraska State Patrol, criminal background check, and fingerprinting.

Experience in a childcare program and/or college courses in education/child development preferred, but not required.

One year experience working in a licensed childcare center or public school system preferred.

Is able to complete Positive Behavioral Supports and Crisis Intervention and Safety Training provided by CRCC.

Must be able to complete 24 education hours (CEU) if working 34-40 hours per week, 12 education hours (CEU) if working 20-34 hours per week, 6 education hours (CEU) if working less than 20 hours per week, each year.
