High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Basic soldering experience
Ability to perform work using hand tools and standard measurement equipment
Ability to learn and follow quality, safety, and ESD procedures
Physical ability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Physical requirement: Ability to lift upto30lbsoccasionally
Ability to work with adhesives, epoxy, solder, and production machinery
Ability to use fine motor skills when working with small parts and components
Duties include basic assembly, fabrication, and inspection of electronic components and subassemblies following work instructions, routers, and visual aids
