High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previousexperience in manufacturingworking with painting or powder coating
Experience with HVLP or conventional spray guns
Experience using calipers and measuring thickness of parts
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must have the knowledge and experience necessary for the position.
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.
Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.
