* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering OR * Bachelor's degree and 10 years relevant experience, in lieu of degree 14 years of relevant experience

3+-years experience in energy project finance

Prior distributed generation and energy infrastructure transactional experience

Working competency with discounted cashflow (DCF) financial modeling and ability to identify project financial viability and risks

Strong computer-based analytical skill (e.g. Access, Excel, Power Point, database management)

Working familiarity with energy service contracting vehicles and experience with legal review and negotiations

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

Ability to travel to various locations

Knowledge of engineering and construction practices in energy efficiency retrofit / renovation applications as well as renewable generation and battery energy storage deployment

Advanced understanding of distributed energy and energy efficiency market dynamics and trends.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Familiarity with tax equity, capital lease finance, tax-exempt municipal leasing finance, public housing finance, federal agency finance, and commercial and industrial finance

Working understanding of tax equity and project finance
