      • Progression to A Operator: An Operator is considered fully trained after a minimum 3-year period; they have been trained for 6 months in each major Product Family Group and are competent in all areas listed below for Single and 2 Person jobs, Latches, Housing, Handles, Miscellaneous and Specialty.
