You may start as late as 4:00 PM, but you must be available to work until 9:00 PM on your scheduled days (end time may vary based on customer needs).

Previous experience supporting printers, copiers, multifunction devices, or managed print environments

Strong troubleshooting

Intermediate to advanced computer skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Xerox DocuCare experience

Managed Print Services (MPS) experience

Experience supporting large printer fleets

Familiarity with service ticketing and fleet monitoring platforms

Inventory and supply management experience

Basic networking knowledge, including printer connectivity and network troubleshooting

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Candidates with backgrounds in Xerox DocuCare, Managed Print Services, Office Equipment Support, Desktop Support, or Copier/Printer Technician roles will be especially successful in this position.

Prior experience supporting printers, copiers, or multifunction devices preferred.

Basic networking and printer connectivity knowledge is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
