The ability to be certified and correctly perform CPR, unassisted, as defined by the American Heart Association and operate an automatic external defibrillator.
Provide guidance for others using effective decision making/problem solving skills.
The minimum physical requirements include:
Memorize, retain, and accurately recall information.
The ability to legally operate a passenger automobile or light truck.
Be able to work a flexible schedule such as holidays, weekends, irregular hours, or extended shifts with short notice to support departmental initiatives.

The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, as necessary.
Maintain emotional control and work effectively during emergencies, crisis situations, or extremely stressful conditions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Consistently speak in a clear, well-modulated voice.
Ability to provide verbal instructions to others in an emergency in a clear and intelligible manner.
Multi-task, organize, prioritize, and adapt to constantly changing situations, and effectively take appropriate action.
The ability to ascend and descend fixed or portable ladders to access roof and other areas in the event of an emergency.
Work independently and encourage the same from his/her co-workers.
Model and promote teamwork.
Be alert/focused at all times and safety conscious.
Uses speaking and writing skills to effectively motivate others to act.
The ability to transport emergency medical equipment, such as medical bags, from a vehicle to the scene of the emergency and appropriately utilize, to the level of training, such equipment at the scene.
High School education: two-year college degree preferred (Police Science, Criminal Justice, Police Administration or Liberal Arts).
Maintain required skills in medical response.
Valid driver's license.
Law Enforcement, Industrial Security, or Military Police experience preferred.

Represent Kohler Co. and Corporate Security in a professional and respectful manner to all guests and associates during daily activities.
