Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or similar technical role
Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, OEE, and MTM
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation skills.
Work flexible shifts (including weekends)
