Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline.

Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results typically acquired through ten or more years of increasing experience and responsibility.

Must include managing Quality leaders across multiple sites.

Significant experience leading Quality in the chemical industry required.

Thorough knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 is required.

Demonstrated experience leading the use of quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Master's degree (MS or MBA) strongly preferred.

International experience preferred.

Certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is desired.

$20 hr plus mileage

$20 hour plus mileage reimbursement

Training typically takes about 2 weeks to complete

They are still working on self-directed Relias trainings

They also receive 5 weeks of mentorship

Full benefits are provided for those working 32+ hours weekly.
