Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Distribution Center.
Prior experience outbound loading in a Distribution Center is a plus.
Ability to lift repetitively and handle items weighing up to 75lbs / 34kgs.
Must understand and follow all facility safety procedures and guidelines.
Capable of operating and understanding warehouse systems and equipment, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, conveyors, and merchandise handling equipment etc.
Ability to operate and understand warehouse systems and equipment such as Warehouse Management System, RF Scanners, Conveyor and Merchandise handling equipment etc.
Ability to accurately match and sort merchandise according to established guidelines.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow directions and apply problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to be trained on and/or operate motorized and non-motorized equipment for merchandise movement.
Minimum Salary: $19.00
Must work mandatory overtime as required.
Meet productivity standards after completion of on-the-job training.
Strong teamwork skills to support overall warehouse operations.
Adherence to all safety protocols, hazardous material handling procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
