Experience developing reference architectures, executable architectures, modeling IT systems and alignment of architectures with designs
10+ years of experience in systems engineering in product development
Experience interfacing with engineering teams and creating relationships between requirements, architecture and design, and test artifacts utilizing model-based methodologies
Knowledge of defining the architecture approach and vision for complex systems that integrate work products across functions and product teams
Secret clearance
Experience in leading the development of technical strategies, technology road maps, and technical team skill development plans encompassing at least two projects in excess of $5M each
Knowledge of facilitating, conducting, and organizing reviews, including internal and external briefings, and managing action items
Experience with developing systems engineering plans, identifying cost, schedule, and performance risks, and developing mitigation plans
Knowledge of risk management, including identifying cost, schedule, and performance risks and defining mitigation plans
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
