Position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Skill in the use of basic hand tools to perform minor repairs and adjustments to manufacturing equipment.
Skill in the use of computer and software packages.
Acceptable training and experience includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years experience in all phases of the manufacturing processes.
Certification on all equipment and work processes within manufacturing.
Additional course work in the use of a computer and software packages, in addition to leadership training, and principles of motivation techniques.
Will constantly walk and stand on concrete floor for extended periods of time.
Will occasionally bend, stoop, squat and twist while working around equipment.
Will occasionally reach at shoulder height and above while working on equipment or in material gathering.
Will occasionally lift above and below waist level, rolls of fabric and hardware weighing from 50 to 100 pounds.
Must have average or better color acuity.
