High school diploma or GED required.
7 + years of machining experience in a manufacturing, repair, or industrial environment.
G-Code experience
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Advanced knowledge of manual machining practices and machining operations.
Experience machining various materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, bronze, and specialty alloys.
Strong understanding of machining speeds, feeds, tooling, and cutting parameters.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of shop mathematics, machining calculations, and technical documentation.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20%.
