Candidates must be eligible to obtain an interim security clearance.
Ability to assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and production equipment.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, accessing work instructions, and confirming tasks.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Ability to learn and work to J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.
Knowledge of ESD procedures and experience using electronic test equipment.
Proficiency with hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, wiring, or soldering in a production environment.
Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
