High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Working knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic machine shop equipment.
Basic welding and metal fabrication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to document maintenance activities electronically.
Ability to work overtime, respond to emergency maintenance situations, and support non-standard business hours as needed.
Ability to safely operate maintenance-related equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and personnel transport vehicles.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in industrial manufacturing environments for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment in accordance with plant safety guidelines.
Ability to work around moving machinery, elevated platforms, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in an industrial environment.
