This is a full time position

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

3-6 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

Experience withERP systems (Oracle) and financial reporting tools.

Experience with fixed assets, inventory, accruals, prepaids, capital projects, and cost accounting.

Experience supporting internal and external audits is preferred.

Preferably within a publicly traded manufacturing environment.

CPA or other professional accounting designation is a plus

$70,000-79,000/year + 10% bonus potential

2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

Three years of multifamily property management experience required;

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4-year degree preferred

Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred.

Tax credit experience preferred.

Accounting and administrative background preferred.

Yardi experience preferred.

The ability to speak a second language is a plus.
