With **3 days in the Malvern campus** and on-site project visits as needed.

On-site visits over a weekend may be required, however will be infrequent.

Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability.

Experience with managing construction projects in an occupied setting.

Experience with managing multiple projects at one time.

Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management or Related Field

Hands-on experience with Critical Corporate building infrastructure including, but not limited to Electrical Infrastructure, Primary and Secondary Electrical Projects, Generator/APS systems, mechanical systems (pumps, chillers, boilers, cooling towers) and General Corporate construction projects preferred.
