Pay Range: USD $77,000.00 - USD $103,000.00 /Yr.

Microsoft Office and WMS experience required.

Comfortable working around technology (i.e. RF scanners, portable printers, robotics, powered conveyors, etc.).

Eligible to work in the Unites States.

At least 5 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center of comparable size and volume to Worldpac's operation.

Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays when needed.

Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructions, correspondence and memos.

The team member must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

While not part of this specific role, it is preferred that candidates also have experience in receiving, stocking/storage management, inventory control and other aspects of a typical DC operation.

Prior experience with AutoStore or similar goods-to-person systems.

Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Knowledge of AS/400 and other WMS packages.

Has a general knowledge about all aspects of the Distribution Center.

Willing to get powered equipment certification.
