High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to understand written work instructions, drawings, and schematics for a wide range of products to properly assemble the final product to the highest of quality standards and with zero scrap or rework.
The employee may lift or move objects up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment such as but not limited to masks, glasses, gloves, and specialty garments.
Basic mathematic skills are required.
Must be proficient in reading blueprints and possess familiarity with standard parts and tools utilized in soldering processes.
Work may be active, could stand or sit for long durations and/or perform repetitious work at times.

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated recent experience as a QC/Safety Inspector
Demonstrated knowledge of EHS requirements and regulations
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and safety principles, which include planning, program review, personnel certification and qualifications, corrective action and follow up action, audits, product quality, acceptance criteria, test and inspection operations, documentation control, maintenance operations, trend analysis development and monitoring, deficiency reporting and tracking
A solid understanding of micro-soft office suite products: Word, Excel, Power point, an understanding of Teams, share-point and virtual products, services and reports
U.S. Citizenship is required
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required
Essential functions require light to moderate physical exertion in lifting and carrying items weighing from 10 to 50 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds with assistance
The position requires long periods of standing, stooping, climbing, and working in areas of operating equipment
Work shall be performed throughout the buildings and some outside work may be required
