Experience writing to ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
Experience conducting all-source analysis on nuclear programs to include production facilities, stockpiles, logistics , systems employment, security, and vulnerabilities of facilities and stockpiles
Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support
Experience with in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and IC boundaries, and clearly articulating key findings
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and developments in academia that affect tradecraft methodology
Active TS/SCI clearance
Willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience with analysis on nuclear proliferation and monitoring and providing supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual use technologies, materials, and expertise or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience with analysis on nuclear proliferation and monitoring and providing supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual use technologies, materials, and expertise
TS/SCI clearance is required
