Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner

Have personal auto insurance policy

Pass a background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks (SSN needed)

Complete a DOT pre-engagement drug test

Submit to ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as required under FTA rules
