Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 7 years of progressive risk management, insurance, or claims experience
At least 2 years of direct supervisory or team-leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience building or managing risk programs;
Experience with commercial insurance programs, renewals, certificates of insurance, and surety/bonding processes.
Experience overseeing claims management, including workers' compensation.
Experience reviewing contract risk-allocation provisions, including insurance, indemnification, and limitation of liability terms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management information systems (RMIS) or comparable platforms.
The employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear.
The employee is required to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
