Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field or equivalent experience

Experience exercising detailed RF testing using various test equipment required to characterize and validate RF component performance such as amplifiers, switches, ect.
Fundamental understanding of Antenna System engineering principles such as EIRP, G/T, sidelobes, linearity, NF, Gain and VSWR
Problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve sophisticated antenna system problems
Experience with regulatory requirements including FCC, ETSI, ITU, ect.
Previous experience providing cost and schedule estimates for both new proposals and sustaining activities
