4+ years of experience with federal contracts supporting U.S. government programs
Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation
Experience with FAR, DFARS, and OT authority frameworks
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and non-FAR acquisition environments
Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments and use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
Ability to review and interpret solicitation requirements, contractual terms and conditions, statement of work, and compliance obligations
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
