5–10 years of professional architecture experience, with a focus on technical project delivery.

Experience or strong interest in data center, mission‑critical, or industrial projects, with data center experience required.

Proficiency in Revit and construction document production, including drafting, construction drawings, design development, schematic design, and construction documentation.

Demonstrated experience managing projects through construction administration, including submittal and RFI review and field observation.

Comfort coordinating consultants and tracking issues during construction, particularly with MEP disciplines.

$16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay

Up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions

An extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions

A total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
