Directing technically complex quality assurance and science support services in support of the National Defense Stockpile
Ensuring commodity inventories of an organization are in the physical and chemical forms for immediate use in the event of an emergency
Serving as the key Science & Technology and Quality Assurance advisor by responding to senior leadership, Office of the Secretary of War, and Congress on the legislation, policies, budgets, and planning on strategic and transformational programs
