Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
7+ years of construction management experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, energy, chemical, food production, or heavy industrial facilities.
Experience managing contractors and multiple construction workstreams on active operating sites.
Strong understanding of construction safety programs, permit-to-work systems, lockout/tagout procedures, and contractor safety management.
Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost tracking, progress reporting, and project controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Experience coordinating with engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software platforms.
