Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public administration, healthcare administration, business, or a closely related field.
At least five years of progressively responsible experience in case management, care coordination, IDD/Autism services, HCBS, MaineCare-funded services, or a closely related human services field.
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet LEAP driving requirements when travel is necessary.
Ability to successfully complete required background checks and LEAP hiring requirements.
In addition to having at least four years of experience working with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, candidates must possess an applicable professional qualification such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW, APRN, Psychiatric Nurse, or Registered Nurse, or otherwise meet applicable MaineCare Section 13 qualification requirements.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365
