Ideal candidates are expected to leverage their Computer Literacy, Data Entry precision, and Microsoft Office proficiency—particularly Microsoft Excel
Experience supporting large, complex, or high-volume customer accounts.
Flexible packaging, film extrusion, converting, or supply-chain experience.
ERP experience; Infor M3 and Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus.
Experience coordinating orders across production, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer delivery.
Comfort working directly with manufacturing teams and spending time on the production floor when necessary.
Prior background working within a manufacturing, industrial, or flexible packaging production setting.
Experience utilizing advanced Customer Relationship Management platforms and enterprise resource planning systems.
Demonstrated history of supporting sales growth, merchandising initiatives, or account management.
