High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ year of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Working knowledge of HR and/or recruitment policies, regulations, and best practices
Exposure to sourcing, screening, and/or candidate selection
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new technologies (i.e., ATS, HRIS, etc.)
Ability to interpret and work within standard practices and policies
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive data
Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment.
