Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
Perform janitorial duties.
Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
Participate in mandatory freight process.
Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
Experience: No experience required.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
Operate Cardboard Baler (unless under the age of 18).
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Recovery of merchandise.
Ensure the safety and well-being of birds. Sanitize and maintain poultry holding tanks and care for birds as required.
Assist customers with loading purchases.
Assemble merchandise.
Operate Forklift (unless under the age of 18).

Ability to find information in spreadsheets or on websites
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts (excluding breaks)
Live in or be willing to relocate to the location where this role is based
Must be comfortable wearing a cleanroom uniform (bunny suit) for entirety of shift (excluding breaks)
Be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without employer sponsorship
May require bending, stooping, crawling, climbing
Be willing to travel domestically and internationally (travel may be frequent)
Basic computer and email skills required
Have reliable transportation
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
Manual dexterity and ability to lift & carry objects up to 50 pounds is required.
May require walking up to and more than 10,000 steps and walking up and down multiple flights of stairs per shift (12 hours)
