Applied experience with basic quality tools such as RCCA methodologies, value-stream maps, flowcharts, PFMEA, and PDCA
Strong understanding of materials and ability to implement and understand SPC analysis
Technical knowledge and experience (mechanical, electrical, software)
Ability to be able to enter and work in a cleanroom environment
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (required)
Expertise in metrology equipment, uses and limitations (required)
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product quality engineering or a similar role
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times
Applied understanding of ISO 9001 or an equivalent system
Must possess the ability to substantiate and clearly communicate information to an international audience
Strong computer skills: particularly Microsoft Office 365 suite and SAP knowledge
Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus
Good knowledge of Geometric tolerances and dimensioning (required)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Excellent listening and communication skills, curiosity, comprehension, self-motivation, problem-solving skills
Physical: Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
2+ years prior experience in manufacturing or production industries
Ability to define own tasks and demonstrate solid work ethic and team oriented behavior
