Demonstrated success in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen environments.
7-10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in heavy equipment or industrial manufacturing.
Advanced analytical and communication skills with ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP and ECO/ECN processes (Oracle preferred).
