High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or related experience preferred.
Prior aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Good hand dexterity and ability to perform detailed assembly work.
Ability to read and follow engineering drawings, procedures, and safety requirements.
Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and use of hands for detailed assembly and inspection work.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
Close vision, depth perception, and color recognition required for defect identification.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, hand protection, and safety-toed shoes.
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
