Familiarity with ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) operations.
Understanding of machine operation, mechanical systems, and stress/pressure concepts.
Experience in continuous improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
Proficiency in data analytics, including KPI management, trend analysis, defect reduction, and OEE/efficiency tracking.
