Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in business, finance, accounting, program control, or similar industry-related fields; or a master's degree with at least 3 years of related experience; or an associate's degree with at least 7 years of related experience; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of related experience.
Demonstrated scheduling and planning experience in a project or program environment.
Experience in program control or closely related functions within complex programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Project for schedule development and maintenance.
Ability to apply earned value management concepts to monitor and report program performance.
Capability to interpret and build Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts and use them to communicate schedule status.
Active U.S. government Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within a timeframe determined by the organization.
Ability to obtain required program access within a timeframe determined by the organization.
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry, supporting complex, highly regulated programs.
Advanced Excel skills, including Macro and VBA development, to automate reporting and analysis.
Experience working in a Microsoft Project Server environment for centralized schedule management.
Experience using Deltek Cobra for earned value management and performance reporting.
Experience using Deltek Acumen Risk or similar tools to perform schedule risk analysis and health assessments.
Familiarity with schedule health metrics and best practices for evaluating schedule quality and realism.
Hands-on schedule management experience with Microsoft Project, including building, updating, and maintaining large integrated schedules.
Understanding of DCMA or similar schedule assessment guidelines and standards used in government and defense programs.
