For consideration in the program, candidates must enroll in the AMTP through SPC.
The program is conducted over a 3 week period and requires the successful completion and passing of IPC 610 and J-STD-001 courses as well as the Lockheed Martin hands-on proficiency demonstration in week 3 in order to be considered for hire.
Post-hire, after completion and passing of AMTP, employees must be flexible and available to work first or second shift.
