High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Close vision, depth perception, and color recognition required for defect identification.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, hand protection, and safety-toed shoes.
