Minimum 5 years of carpentry, residential remodeling, and/or project management experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling processes
Ability to manage multiple phases of a project and coordinate trades
Hands-on carpentry and general construction skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical construction duties when necessary
