Knowledge of contemporary hospital/clinical practice and service is essential.

Completion of a PGY-2 ASHP-accredited Pediatrics Pharmacy Residency program (Board Certification attainment in pediatrics required within 18 months of hire) o Active Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCPPS) o At least 3 years of Pediatric/Neonatal clinical hospital pharmacist experience (Board Certification attainment in pediatrics required within 18 months of hire)

Advanced Pediatric Life Support (PALS) Certification - Must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification - Must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D)

Board of pharmacy specialty certification(s)

Epic willow end-user experience

Maintaining national pharmacy technician certification along with maintaining IV competencies with cytotoxic and medium risk compounding will qualify for hourly stipend payment.

One-year formal education or training beyond High School.

Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Florida.

Understanding of basic inpatient pharmacy operations and workflows.

Possesses working knowledge of the automation system (Robot, Connect RX, Med Carousel, NarcStation).

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.

6 months sterile compounding experience preferred.

ASHP sterile compounding certification preferred.

Experience with compounding hazardous products preferred.

Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board for the State in which the hospital is located.

Successful completion of a pharmacy degree from a U.S.-accredited program or from an international program evaluated by a recognized certifying agency as substantially equivalent to U.S. accreditation standards required.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Overnight position

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Successful completion of a Florida Board of Pharmacy (FLBOP) approved pharmacy technician training program

At least 18 years of age

Three(3) years of pharmacy experience.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).

FLBOP registration in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Section 014 (Pharmacy Technician).
