High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, industrial maintenance, construction, or a related skilled trade.
Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and general building maintenance practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize maintenance requests and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and safely use hand and power tools while performing maintenance tasks.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs and ladders, and work in various positions throughout the facility.
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, wet or humid conditions, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
