Experience in construction management with exposure to commercial construction projects.

Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for managing project documentation, logs, and coordination.
Ability to manage and process Requests for Information (RFIs) effectively.
Proficiency with Bluebeam for drawing review, markups, and sequence planning.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 for supporting schedule development and maintenance.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and logs.
Ability to participate in BIM coordination, including clash detection and model-based issue resolution.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management.
Hands-on field experience or willingness to work alongside self-perform crews to understand construction operations.
Experience assisting with quality control inspections and documentation.
Experience supporting safety programs, including JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety walks.
Comfort working with digital tools such as DroneDeploy for progress photos and 360 imagery.
Ability to learn and assist with building control systems, robotic total station layout, as-built documentation, and tolerance reviews.
Adherence to site-specific safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements.
