Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
At least 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated project and administrative experience, preferably in capital project or project engineering roles.
Technical knowledge of capital equipment and related functions within a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated understanding of engineering theories and principles and their practical application to project and equipment design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong computer skills for documentation, analysis, and communication.
Proficient user of 2D CAD software, including tools such as DraftSight and/or AutoCAD, for creating and reviewing technical drawings.
Experience in technical manufacturing roles, providing hands-on understanding of production processes and equipment.
Solid project management and project engineering skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex capital projects.
