Must have a High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
Must be able to work entry-level jobs and be able to work in an industrial environment.
Must be willing and able to work an unpredictable 12-hour shift schedule which includes: days, nights, and weekends that can change with very little notice.
Must be willing and able to work overtime and work on most holidays.
Experience in industrial work such as manufacturing, logging, warehousing, heavy equipment operation, or construction.
Satisfactory completion of background check and drug screen.
2 years of relevant full-time work experience.
Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
A minimum test result score is required.
