Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or a similar operational environment
Reliable and self-directed working style with a strong sense of responsibility
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar applications
Willingness and ability to work the assigned shift schedule and adapt to changing schedules, shifts, and operational needs as the business grows
Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to support operational and business requirements
Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 75% of the workday
Frequent repetitive movements associated with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments
Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift
